NO PARTY POLITICAL SYSTEM:
(PUBLIC-LEADER POLITICAL SYSTEM)
Introduction
Current political systems are one party, two party or multi-party systems. These systems are more democratic systems than anarchy system but still in the end these system may lead to an anarchy type political system. There is still a space for more democratic system then these systems. The answer may lead to a non-party political system. One such model is described in this article.
The main problem with the current political system is that common men are divided on the issue of area, language, relatives, caste and so on. The list is very long and unimaginable issues are created by few people of one or more party. Thus they can rule on us for very long time. This reminds me the very famous policy of British rulers “DIVIDE & RULE”. Now the time has come when this policy is to be adopted by common men to become a ruler.
In this article I am proposing one such political system, a starting idea and can be made stronger by inputting common men’s valuable idea, PUBLIC-LEADER POLITICAL SYSTEM or in other words NO PARTY POLITICAL SYSTEM.

In this system Following are the abbreviations
CP à Common Public
FLR à First Level Representative
SLRà Second Level Representative
TLRà Third Level Representative
Leader (PM) à Prime Minister
Leader (CM) à Chief Minister
In this system only one election will take place and all of the post will be filled. Common Public will chose the First Level Representative. All candidates of FLR, who are contesting for the post will nominate their choice for post of SLR as soon as FLR got selected his vote will automatically goes to the candidate of SLR. The FLR must declare his candidate for SLR. Similarly all the candidates of SLR will also declare their vote to a candidate of TLR post. As soon as a SLR is selected his vote automatically goes to his supported candidate. Similarly the SLR will also support a candidate of only one leader for the post of CM. The leader will declare all ministers in his cabinet in advance thus the government of a state will form automatically. Similarly a TLR candidate will nominate his choice in advance for the post of Leader PM. The candidate for post of Leader PM will declare his cabinet and leader CM in advance. Thus in advance common people will know that who is going to form the government and what are his policies.
The main feature of this system is that one person who got selected for any “post” will become a common man after leaving the post. There will be no additional benefits like security, pension, free telephone or accommodation facility etc. Also all the persons who got selected for the post will be paid a good amount but in this period they cannot invest the money in any form. If found that they bought some land or shares or donated the money to their family member directly or indirectly then it will considered as government property and will be taken forcefully by them.
“ONE PERSON ONE POST” is also a main aim of this system.
FLR
A candidate can contest for FLR only three times in his life time and only got selected one time for the post. FLR can be a common man with no restrictions. Loss in two consecutive polls will eliminate his third chance.
SLR
A candidate can contest for SLR only four times in his lifetime and only got selected two times for the post but there will be a minimum qualification for the SLR. This one has to acquire whether he is illiterate at the time of FLR. Loss in three consecutive polls will eliminate his fourth chance.
TLR
A candidate for TLR can contest only five times and only got selected two time for the post. Minimum qualification will be more for this post. Loss in three consecutive polls will eliminate his both fourth and fifth chance.
LEADER
A candidate for post of leader PM and CM can contest for number of times.
Responsibilities
Leader will play same role as they are playing but responsibilities of FLR, SLR and TLR are open to discussion.
I am proposing a multi-role responsibility for the all FLR, SLR and TLR. They will play role of constructive opposition, development authorities and implementing authorities.
Mandatory Terms and Conditions
Few term and conditions of this system I am proposing which will be mandatory, and in my opinion should not be changed rest is left to all of us, are as follows
- In one polling all of the candidates will be selected. No separate polling.
- At every post the person must declare the following data of him and his family members including parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren and in-laws
- UID
- DNA
- Finger prints
- Bank Accounts in National or International Bank
- Land
- Property in any form
- The candidate cannot invest his money in any form directly or indirectly because he is only a public servant and cannot do any kind of business by being on the post.
- The candidate has to leave his business until he is on the post and if any decision which directly benefit his family business than must declare in advance.
- The candidate has to sign an agreement of NON-PROFIT that his decisions will not benefit a particular segment or people of his known. This agreement will be valid even he left the post thus he or his family members cannot get benefited by anyone.
- The candidate will not accept any kind of gift during his tenure on the post or his family member on the post. Any gift which is received by an individual has to deposit in government fund. This will be treated as government property.
- No family members can contest on two post, i.e. only one post will go to any family and they can contest for only one post.
- All the candidates have to sing a NON-GROUP agreement. Under this they cannot form or join a group.
- At any time if any agreement is violated by anyone will result in punishment. Kind of punishment is open to discussion.
Now I am leaving it here and asking every common man to participate in making of the system more efficient and common man friendly. Definitely there are lots of issues in my model but all of us can resolve and can make a system for us. This should not be made by only few persons sitting in power thus keeping loopholes for them.
